Job summary

Gilbane Development Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Development - Higher Education Partnerships to lead and expand our HE-P3 subvertical focused on P3 development opportunities within the Higher Education sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in early stages of Partnership Development, focused on lead/pre-sell generation, validation and education of potential Higher Education partners/administrators and a decentralized team of Gilbane BD

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in P3, infrastructure development, finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunity formation and strategy development for early-stage P3 opportunities.
• Manage pre-sale identification, assessment, and development of P3 projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with Higher Education clients and administrators.
• Establish early benchmarking and development modeling for project feasibility.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies leveraging the Gilbane brand.
