Job summary

Gilbane Development Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Development - Higher Education Partnerships to lead our HE-P3 subvertical focused on P3 development opportunities within the Higher Education sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in early stages of Partnership Development, lead/pre-sell generation, validation and education of potential Higher Education partners/administrators and a de-centralized team of Gilbane BD Professionals.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in P3, infrastructure development, finance, or a related field, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities and pre-sale strategies for HE-P3 projects.
• Manage pre-sale identification, assessment, and development of P3 projects including design, feasibility, and team formation.
• Build and maintain relationships with Higher Education clients and administrators to identify and develop a Project Champion(s).
• Develop early benchmarking models to evaluate project feasibility and value using Gilbane templates and tools.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to enter and succeed in these markets leveraging the Gilbane brand and capabilities.
