Job summary

Gilbane Development Company seeks a seasoned Director, Development - Higher Education Partnerships to lead and expand the HE-P3 subvertical focused on P3 opportunities in Higher Education. The role requires steering opportunity formation, strategy development, and project advancement through early stages, with a strong emphasis on relationship building and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in P3, infrastructure development, finance, or related field, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the investigation and development of opportunities, at early stages, and formulate pre-sale strategies for pursuit-ready clients and projects.
• Manage pre-sale identification, assessment, and development of P3 projects including design, feasibility, team formation, procurement strategy and value proposition.
• Build and maintain relationships with Higher Education clients and administrators to identify Project Champions and develop partnerships.
• Establish early benchmarking development modeling to evaluate preliminary feasibility and value using Gilbane templates and analyst support.
• Identify and assess new market opportunities and develop strategies to enter and succeed in these markets leveraging the Gilbane brand.
