Qualifications

• 7+ years managing large high-rise residential properties.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong facilities, engineering, and project management experience.
• Experience overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, chillers, and life-safety systems.
• Knowledge of procurement, contracts, OSHA requirements, and building codes.
• Experience working with boards, budgets, and capital improvement programs.
• Current certifications related to property management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building operations, engineering, maintenance, custodial, and painting for a large condominium community.
• Serve as the General Manager's second-in-command and manage staff and vendors.
• Lead capital improvement projects and manage major building systems.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper maintenance of property.
• Interact with residents, contractors, engineers, and the Board of Directors.
