Job summary
DeepHealth is seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to shape the company’s engineering vision and lead multiple teams across backend, frontend, platform, and data engineering. You will drive platform strategy, partner with product and clinical teams, and establish processes for scalable, high-quality software delivery.
You will oversee architectural choices, foster a culture of learning and accountability, and communicate trade-offs to executives while aligning engineering priorities with business
Qualifications
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in engineering leadership in SaaS/health tech or regulated industries.
- Proven ability to build and scale distributed systems and high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- A strategic thinker comfortable with code, architecture reviews, and executive roadmap discussions.
- Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive multi-year engineering vision, roadmaps, and platform strategy.
- Lead architecture decisions for scalable, secure, reliable systems.
- Own delivery accountability, uptime, and tech debt management.
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Data Science, and Design for roadmaps and releases.
- Establish KPIs/OKRs and drive engineering velocity and quality.
- Build and mentor an inclusive, high-performing engineering organization.
