Position Overview

This position involves providing leadership in all aspects of nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence. The role is ultimately responsible for 24/7 oversight of nursing operations and care.

Responsibilities
  • Resident-Centered Care: Develop RN assessments and care plans, ensure resident and family participation, and maintain documentation.
  • Clinical Compliance: Plan and implement healthcare programs, develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and analyze health services data.
  • Budget Management: Participate in budget development and monitor adherence.
  • Leadership: Set goals, support professional development, monitor staffing, ensure compliance, and provide training.
  • Resident Care Coordination: Ensure availability of tools and supplies, collaborate with community resources, communicate care plan needs, and facilitate safe transfers.
  • Marketing: Promote service excellence, collaborate on marketing initiatives, and develop customer feedback systems.
Required Qualifications
  • Vocational/Technical Training or an Associate Degree
  • RN Licensure and registration with the MN Board of Nursing
  • Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (must show proof if currently enrolled; certification must be obtained within three weeks of hire)
  • 1 or more years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 or more years of experience

Compensation

The posted salary range is based on a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). Actual pay may vary depending on factors such as experience, education, skills, and market conditions. We value pay equity and consider internal equity when making offers. Hiring at the maximum of the range is uncommon.
