Job summary

WIN Reality, LLC seeks a Director of Operations–Hardware to build and scale the operational backbone for hard goods like Smart Parks, Blast Motion, and TrainVR. You will own contract manufacturing, procurement, assembly, software provisioning, 3PL logistics, and deployment across multiple product lines.

This strategic role requires frequent on-site work with partners in the Los Angeles area, ensuring unit economics and supply chain maturity while driving cost efficiency and delivery performance

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of operations leadership in hard goods hardware
• Experience owning end-to-end hard goods operations: contract manufacturing, assembly, and 3PL/logistics
• Strong track record building and running S&OP processes
• Experience managing third-party vendors and partners as primary operating model
• Strong financial fluency: budgeting, landed cost analysis, variance reporting, and unit economics
• Experience with provisioning, serialization, and tracking units with embedded software/firmware

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational pipeline from contract manufacturing through procurement, assembly, software provisioning, 3PL logistics, and last-mile shipping.
• Manage and optimize S&OP, demand signals, production planning, and inventory positioning across product lines.
• Oversee relationships with contract manufacturers, assembly partners, and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Maintain landed cost control, budgeting, and monthly cost reporting with clear trade-offs for leadership.
• Lead a small internal team and coordinate a network of external partners to scale operations across multiple product lines.
