Carbon seeks a Senior Manager, Production & Supply Chain Operations to lead our hardware production team and end-to-end logistics and inventory globally. You will scale operations with a safety, quality, and cost-conscious mindset while shaping cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Quality.

This role requires in-office presence at Santa Clara and Sunnyvale locations, five days per week. You will build high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement, and own the end-to-end

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing or production management experience.
• Proven leadership of technicians and logistc/inventory staff.
• Strong safety, quality, and cost-containment focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead production, logistics, and inventory teams end-to-end.
• Develop training and coaching plans to raise capabilities.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and internal SOPs.
• Drive cost metrics, throughput, and inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal on launches and compliance.
• Report KPIs and escalate issues to senior leadership.
