Job summary

Strella in Seattle, WA is seeking a detail-oriented operations manager to oversee hardware operations, supply chain, and project management. You will coordinate procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of components, while aligning with engineering on timelines.

This role requires planning and forecasting, supplier negotiations, and startup-style initiative in a small team. You will own execution, optimize cashflows, and drive efficient operations for Strella's hardware products.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and operations including forecasting, planning and execution.
• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and fulfillment of hardware components and devices.
• Strong project management skills, prioritizing work on a small team and coordinating with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Strella's hardware operations from end to end.
• Prioritize operations work and manage timelines with engineering.
• Negotiate contracts and optimize cash flows within the supply chain.
