Job summary

Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group, seeks a Community Ambassador in Omnicom NYC to ensure successful delivery of meetings and conferences by coordinating with clients, vendors and coworkers.

You will provide high-level guest and employee support, assist with catering and meeting setups, coordinate with facilities, maintain office spaces, and share knowledge about the local area to help attendees.

Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset and customer focus.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment while engaging visitors.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic office software and equipment.
• Punctual, reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level internal and external customer support with a warm welcome and seamless service.
• Collaborate with on-site team lead to design and coordinate catering, meeting setups, and special requests for meetings and events.
• Coordinate with building management and facilities to schedule maintenance and office repairs.
• Enter work orders and follow up with facilities as needed.
• Culinary knowledge and ServSafe certification are a plus.
