Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in business development, sales, operations, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of financial and business dynamics plus profitability awareness.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall business development strategy.
• Identify new customers, markets, services, and revenue opportunities.
• Build relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, general contractors, developers, manufacturers, and other strategic customers.
• Develop opportunities for commercial service agreements, replacement projects, construction projects, refrigeration, and other service offerings.
• Provide leadership and direction to the sales team; establish clear goals and KPIs.
• Monitor pipeline, close rates, margins, and other key metrics; coach on proposals and closing.
• Maintain and grow strategic accounts; conduct customer reviews and identify wallet share opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted growth campaigns and market insights.
• Develop a three-to-five year growth strategy and align across departments to remove obstacles.
