You will identify and pitch high-potential partners across niches, structure deals, and drive negotiations to signed agreements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic outbound hunting: Identify, prospect, and pitch high-performing affiliate partners across target niches.
• Deal structuring & closing: Pitch offers and drive negotiations through to execution.
• Founder lead activation: Work with the Founder to follow up on top-tier introductions and close opportunities.
• Field & event BD: Represent the brand at major industry events to build relationships and secure signed deals.
• Clean hand-off: Ensure smooth kickoff meetings before passing to Account Management.
