HomeAid Orlando, serving Central Florida, seeks a Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships to lead growth by building corporate partnerships, major gifts, sponsorships, and collaborations with community leaders.

You will cultivate opportunities, expand networks beyond homebuilding, and work with our Executive Director and volunteers to drive measurable impact for individuals and families facing homelessness.

Formación

• Track record of generating revenue or securing commitments.
• Experience developing prospects and managing relationships.
• Ability to engage corporate executives and community leaders.
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to mission and community service.
• Fundraising experience valuable but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Build strategic relationships with corporate executives, business owners, philanthropic leaders, foundations, and community partners.
• Generate measurable financial support through corporate partnerships, major gifts, sponsorships, and other funding opportunities.
• Expand our network beyond the homebuilding industry into new business and philanthropic sectors.
• Convert opportunities into commitments through cultivation, proposals, follow-through, and stewardship.
• Help shape our future by working with our Executive Director, board, staff, and volunteers to support growth.
