You will own P&L, pricing, materials, and customer experience across multiple facilities, aligning demand with capacity and advancing strategic initiatives. This senior leader will partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations to expand high-margin lines, optimize pricing, and deliver scalable growth while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in business-line or P&L management within manufacturing/e-commerce.
• Proven leadership of growing, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead P&L performance for assigned product lines and manage profitability.
• Develop and execute product-line strategies aligning demand with manufacturing capacity.
• Oversee pricing, materials, finishes, and promotions across the online platform.
• Analyze pricing, margin, and demand to identify profitable growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product, Marketing, and Finance executives.
