Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Director of Business Line Strategy to drive growth, profitability, and strategy for our product lines and self-service manufacturing offerings.

You will align customer demand with manufacturing capabilities across functions to invest, expand, price, and optimize offerings while driving revenue and margin growth.

This leadership role requires balancing customer value with operations, building a high-performing team, and presenting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• P&L accountability or significant revenue/margin responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through rapid growth.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or e-commerce environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead P&L performance for product lines and drive revenue/margin growth.
• Develop and execute product-line strategies aligning demand with capabilities.
• Own strategy for materials, finishes, pricing, and promotions across the platform.
• Analyze product-line economics including costs, pricing, and utilization.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to align lead times and capacity.
• Develop business cases for new materials, capabilities, and services.
