SendCutSend is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to supervise day-to-day facility operations across receiving, production, quality, shipping, maintenance, safety, and facilities in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

You will partner with the Director of Operations and department leaders to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer service while keeping departments aligned with production priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or operations.
• Experience leading Supervisors, Managers, or multiple operational teams.
• Experience supporting operations across multiple departments, functions, or shifts.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, production processes, quality standards, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Directors to execute production plans, maintenance priorities, safety initiatives, and facility needs.
• Monitor daily performance including output, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Address daily performance gaps with timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate inter-department workflows to improve handoffs and execution.
