The ideal candidate has 5+ years in outside sales or hospitality sales, strong CRM skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships. Regular travel and evening/weekend commitments are required as part of growing multi-market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of outside sales, business development or hospitality sales experience, with a track record of success.
• Confidence initiating conversations, outbound outreach and developing new accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organization and comfort managing a CRM and multi-market pipeline.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly and attend evenings/weekend commitments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities with businesses, major employers, municipalities, universities, schools, associations, youth sports organizations and community groups.
• Connect with decision-makers through phone calls, email, in-person visits, networking events and referrals.
• Generate business for holiday parties, corporate happy hours, employee celebrations, meetings, team dinners, fundraisers and recurring gatherings.
• Build relationships that generate repeat business across multiple Three Notch’d locations.
• Travel approximately 30–40% to Three Notch’d markets, with event support and market visits.
