Job summary

Three Notch'd Brewing Company is seeking a Sales & Events Manager to oversee the lifecycle of public and private events at Charlottesville locations. You will sell, coordinate, implement, and execute events from 15–500 guests, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong project management, organization, and communication, with on-site presence for most events and a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant experience in event planning.
• 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be onsite for the majority of events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Track and respond to all incoming leads in a timely manner.
• Generate leads and new business through networking, referrals, and events.
• Close on business and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct client site inspections.
• Manage event deposits and billing in Toast/Tripleseat.
• Oversee pre-event, event, and post-event execution.
