Austin Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Director of Grants Management to lead the grant strategy, manage a multi-source funding portfolio, and ensure compliance and timely reporting. This on-site role partners with leadership to align fundraising with organizational priorities, overseeing budgets and outcomes.

The position requires a strong track record in securing grants of $100K+ and managing complex funding streams, with emphasis on transparency, donor stewardship, and collaborative program

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in public administration, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of grant writing and management experience with success securing large grants.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar grant portfolios across federal, state, local, and private foundations.
• Proficiency in compliance, reporting requirements, budgeting, internal controls, and audit readiness.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of a comprehensive grants strategy and annual calendar of deadlines and reporting.
• Oversee grant relationships, site visits, funder communications, and renewal planning.
• Manage compliance, reporting, and audits; track budgets and restricted funds with Finance.
• Maintain grant tracking in the Development CRM and coordinate with Leadership and Finance.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to improve grant research, writing, and reporting while respecting data privacy guidelines.
