Job summary

Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio seeks an experienced Senior Associate Director of Graduate Admissions to lead recruitment and enrollment for graduate programs across San Antonio, Houston, and the Rio Grande Valley, including online offerings.

You will own the full cycle from inquiry to enrollment, partnering with program directors and the Dean of Admissions to expand access and cultivate international growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education, business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of graduate admissions or enrollment management experience.
• Experience with domestic recruitment; international recruitment preferred.
• Travel during peak recruitment seasons; evenings/weekends required.
• Strong relationships with academic partners and program directors.
• Proficiency in Slate and AI-enabled recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead graduate enrollment targets and create program-specific recruitment plans.
• Develop the annual graduate recruitment calendar and events.
• Maintain direct relationships with prospective students and employers.
• Monitor pipeline with Slate, analytics, and ROI reporting.
• Collaborate with program directors and deans to align recruitment with capacity.
• Manage graduate admissions budget and vendor relationships.
