Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a regionally accredited institution; a degree in Higher Education, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education enrollment management, admissions, or student recruitment, with at least two years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans, territory management programs, or yield improvement initiatives in a higher education setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage TSU’s comprehensive enrollment recruitment program and end-to-end recruitment strategy.
• Lead Territory planning, yield targets, and conversion benchmarks across multiple markets.
• Oversee CRM usage, data analytics, and funnel reporting to drive strategy and budget planning.
• Collaborate with deans, chairs, and faculty to align recruitment with TSU’s academic mission and priorities.
• Represent TSU at recruitment events and build partnerships with high schools, colleges, and community organizations.
