Job summary

The Toulouse Graduate School at the University of North Texas seeks a Program Associate Director for Graduate Studies to coordinate graduate education initiatives, programs, and services that support student success across the university.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Research & Innovation - Graduate Studies & Student Research, this role manages operations, facilitates cross‑unit collaboration, supports accreditation reporting, and helps advance enrollment and retention

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Strong knowledge of program-related state and federal laws and regulations.
Excellent written and oral communication across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage Toulouse Graduate School administrative functions, procedures, and workflows to support graduate programs and student success.
Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting related to graduate education, accreditation, and institutional reporting.
Serve as a liaison among graduate school units, colleges, enrollment management, and other university offices to align policies and initiatives.
Perform additional responsibilities and special projects to support the Division of Research and Innovation.
