DoorDash is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Platform Services to scale initiatives across Drive, Parcels, and Enterprise. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and business leaders to deliver dependable logistics capabilities for external partners and customers.

You will lead complex cross-organizational programs, own milestones, and drive alignment while shaping technical designs and trade-offs to enable scalable, reliable platform services that power a growing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, SWE, or related field.
5+ years of Technical Program Manager experience at a tech company.
Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams on product development and software processes.
Strong planning, estimation, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

Drive Platform Services’ strategic programs across Drive, Parcels, and Enterprise.
Lead cross-organizational execution with clear ownership and milestones.
Develop technical designs and assess scalability and reliability.
Frame problems, define success, and outline execution path.
