Qualifications

• 7+ years of global mobility experience with client-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is essential.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented capabilities to interpret data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Operations leadership to drive engagement and client success.
• Build and manage strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic insight.
• Translate client policies across internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account strategies to support growth and retention.
• Lead client meetings, proposals, and contract discussions with confidence.
• Collaborate to evolve client mobility policies and solution sets.
• Monitor performance and deliver actionable reporting on service levels and billing.
• Lead special projects and new client implementations for successful launches.
