Job summary

Mortenson seeks the Manager of Mobility and Relocation to lead strategy, governance, and administration of workforce mobility and relocation programs. This role partners with Operations, HR, Finance, Payroll, Total Rewards, and external vendors to deliver clear, effective solutions for leaders and team members.

The position requires seven years in HR/Total Rewards, strong program leadership, vendor coordination, and the ability to interpret policy and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least seven years of progressive HR, total rewards, mobility, or payroll experience.
• Experience leading enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with vendor management or external partner coordination.
• Strong leadership, governance, and business acumen.
• Ability to interpret policy and communicate clearly with leaders and staff.

Responsibilities

• Own mobility program strategy, governance, and administration of mobility supports.
• Lead relocation program management and vendor service delivery improvements.
• Govern recurring mobility and relocation routines: audits, approvals, payroll handoffs, documentation.
• Oversee mobility/relocation analytics, dashboards, and budgeting support.
• Advise leaders and teams on program requirements and communications.
