Reformation is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead global inventory and cost accounting, strengthen controls, and optimize close processes. You will partner across FP&A, Supply Chain, Production, and planning to drive accurate reporting and scalable systems.

The role emphasizes building a robust accounting function, standardizing policies, and supporting audits in a fast-growing fashion brand with a global footprint.

Qualifications

• CPA required; MBA a plus.
• Experience with SEC reporting and SOX compliance.
• Deep inventory and cost accounting experience in retail/e-commerce/CPG.

Responsibilities

• Own global inventory valuation across materials, WIP, finished goods, retail, and in-transit inventory with landed costs.
• Oversee standard costing, BOM governance, and cost variance analysis for leadership.
• Lead month-end/year-end close and external financial filings under US GAAP; maintain SOX controls.
