Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a Sr Manager End to End Planning, based in Jacksonville, FL, to lead a global E2E planning team. You will own the end-to-end planning processes, from demand to delivery, optimizing inventory levels and service levels across multiple sites.

The role requires 5–10 years of related experience, strong SAP/APO/SNP background, and a track record of driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• University bachelor’s degree or equivalent. MBA or equivalent preferred. Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF) desirable.
• MBA or equivalent preferred indicates advanced business knowledge for leadership roles.
• Green Belt Six Sigma Certification and APICS/IBF certification are desirable for process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End (E2E) Planning with oversight of E2E Sense and Respond, E2E Scenario Planning, SC Optimization and Network Synchronization.
• Deliver service and inventory performance across global value streams with accountability for E2E planning activities and product flows.
• Develop and mentor the E2E planning team to achieve business goals.
