Job summary

Tekion in Pleasanton, CA seeks a senior leader to drive global demand generation. You will set vision, strategy, and execution plans to accelerate pipeline growth, building scalable programs and leading a high-performing team across digital, ABM, events, webinars, and partner programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with deep focus on demand generation and pipeline growth
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing marketing teams and budget
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven success leading multi-channel marketing strategies tied to revenue outcomes
• Strong expertise with marketing and sales platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase)
• Excellent strategic thinking, team leadership, and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Defines the global demand generation strategy and roadmap to support pipeline and revenue objectives across regions and segments.
• Leads a team of demand marketers and oversees execution of integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, field events, webinars, and partner programs.
• Partners with sales leadership to align campaign targeting, messaging, and handoff processes for optimal conversion and velocity.
• Develops quarterly and annual pipeline goals, forecasting models, and performance tracking mechanisms in collaboration with RevOps.
• Establishes best practices in campaign planning, testing, attribution, and optimization.
• Oversees demand generation technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM integration, lead management systems, and analytics platforms.
• Builds executive-level reporting dashboards and communicates performance to senior stakeholders.
• Evaluates new acquisition channels, vendors, and tools to expand reach and efficiency.
