Lead AI-enabled discovery, define Jira stories, and translate research into measurable business value. Strong communication, risk management, and experience with large datasets are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management in dynamic environments.
• 10+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• 7-10 years in requirements gathering and risk management when scope is unclear.
• Experience in financial services, large datasets, and statistical modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with product management and strategy teams to develop analytical solutions in evolving environments.
• Collaborate with research teams, data scientists, and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope boundaries.
• Manage cross-functional teams on complex projects with large datasets, statistical modeling, and AI agent systems.
• Elicit requirements via stakeholder interviews across segments to extract insights and clarify understanding.
• Translate research findings into actionable product features delivering measurable business value.
• Embed AI into day-to-day PM workflows to streamline discovery, stakeholder synthesis, Jira story creation, analysis, and delivery planning.
• Identify repetitive PM activities and convert them into reusable AI skills, agents, or workflows.
• Apply structured evaluation to AI outputs ensuring accuracy, traceability, and responsible use.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to align initiatives with goals and opportunities.
