Job summary

Paragon Capital Group is seeking a Director of Fund Operations to own loan servicing, portfolio reporting, investor operations and compliance for EB-5-related real estate financing. This senior role reports to the Managing Partner and will manage two direct reports, shaping processes and ensuring timely, regulator-ready documentation.

The role offers remote work within the United States or hybrid options in the New York City area, with a base salary in the $160,000–$190,000 range plus benefits,

Qualifications

• Prior EB-5 experience is not required.
• Experience in loan servicing, asset management or fund administration.
• Background in construction lending.
• Familiarity with investor reporting and compliance processes.
• Ability to own a recurring operational cycle without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Loan servicing and portfolio reporting for the fund.
• Construction draw administration and lien/title tracking.
• Investor operations, onboarding, reporting and distributions.
• Compliance program execution and regulatory filings coordination.
• Lead and grow the operations team, with two direct reports to start.
