You will support capital activity, investor transactions, and documentation, acting as a coordination hub between internal teams, investors, and the external fund administrator.

Responsibilities

• Operationally focused role supporting capital activity, investor transactions, and documentation
• Serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams, investors, and the firm’s external fund administrator
• Manage and review subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, distributions, and other investor-related activity
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction documentation and investor records
• Work closely with the fund administrator to reconcile activity, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely processing
