Starwood Hotels is seeking a warm, welcoming Doorperson to join our Front Office team. You will be the first to greet guests and provide impeccable service, reflecting the brand’s luxury standards during a 24-hour operation.

The right candidate is passionate about guest service, a team player, detail oriented, and flexible to meet demanding schedules. Prior guest service experience is preferred, and you should enjoy physically dynamic work.

We’re currently searching for a warm, welcoming Doorperson to come on board, someone who’s great at talking to just about anyone, and who prioritizes, above all, the needs of our guests and our partners.

About you...

Passionate about guest service, enjoys physical work and has previous similar work experience.

Previous customer or guest service experience, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
