Ubique Group seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead planning, forecasting, and the financial view used by executives, board, and lenders. You will own the AOP, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning in a lean organization, building models, coaching the FP&A team, and shaping pricing, channel, and growth decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, or business; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for executives.
• Proven cross-functional influence and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan, rolling forecast, and multi-year plan across revenue, gross margin, Opex, headcount, and EBITDA.
• Partner with commercial, operations, supply chain, and marketing to align forecasts with GAAP and business metrics.
• Develop financial models for pricing, inventory, and capital investment decisions.
• Coach and develop the FP&A team and ensure scalable planning processes.
