Job summary

Platform Accounting Group is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support for a fast-growing professional services platform. This hands-on leader will own enterprise planning, performance management, and executive reporting across multiple entities.

The role reports to the CFO and partners with the Treasury Team to shape long-range capital plans, improve close-to-report timelines, and drive disciplined financial discipline

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership in a multi-entity organization.
• Experience in private equity-backed or acquisitive environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget, reforecasts, monthly outlook, and long-range planning across the enterprise.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with executives and unit leaders.
• Develop driver-based financial models for revenue, headcount, cost, and profitability.
• Support M&A integration planning and post-close performance tracking.
• Build scalable FP&A processes and reporting across decentralized operations.
