Platform Accounting Group is seeking a Director of FP&A to guide financial planning across 50+ entities. The role requires cross‑functional collaboration and advanced financial modeling.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning, support month‑end close, perform variance analysis, and provide insights to senior management. NetSuite experience is a plus, and private equity portfolio exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance/FP&A positions.

Responsabilités

• Financial point of contact across subsidiaries for performance guidance.
• Create financial models including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support month-end close and variance analysis.
• Analyze monthly results and risk/opportunity to inform estimates.
• Refine data systems and reporting tools to improve insights.
• Develop KPIs to track growth and profitability.
• Present to senior management and other leaders.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning annually.
• Provide insights to accounting and finance teams.
