Job summary

Platform Accounting Group is seeking a Director of FP&A to guide financial planning and analytics across its network of 50+ entities. The role collaborates with multiple departments to provide insights for performance improvement and strategic decision-making.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly closings, develop models, track KPIs, and present analyses to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience.
• Experience in a private equity portfolio company is a major plus.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Financial point of contact for stakeholders across subsidiaries.
• Create financial models including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support month-end close and variance analysis.
• Analyze monthly results and provide risk and opportunity assessments.
• Refine data systems to track performance and provide reporting insights.
• Develop KPIs to track growth initiatives and profitability.
