Job summary

Frederick Fox LLC is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role partners with the CFO and regional leaders to translate complex data into strategic insights for executive decision-making.

You will develop financial models, dashboards, and management reporting packages while driving profitability and efficiency across multi-entity operations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years in financial planning/analysis or corporate finance.
• Experience supporting multi-entity organizations and executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain three-statement financial models and KPIs.
• Create executive dashboards and board-level financial presentations.
• Partner with CFO and regional leaders to align plans with corporate strategy.
• Provide strategic analysis and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Mentor FP&A team and drive continuous improvement across processes.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and other functions to understand drivers.
