GreenLite, an AI-native permitting intelligence company, is seeking a Director of FP&A in New York City to partner with the CFO and leadership team on pricing, capacity planning, and capital allocation. You will elevate planning and analytics to scale the business.

Lead financial modelling, dashboards, and cross-functional reporting while driving process improvement across Product, Sales, Legal and Finance, with emphasis on automation and GAAP compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5-7+ years in FP&A or finance leadership roles.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems; automation/AI interest a must.
• Deep understanding of GAAP and business operations.

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting.
• Own financial models for performance evaluation and reporting.
• Create dashboards and variance analyses for cross-functional use.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expenses and strategy.
• Improve processes and data fidelity across systems.
• Provide sales analytics and insights with CRO and Revenue Ops.
