Job summary

Greenlight is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to collaborate with cross-functional leaders and drive outcomes across the business. This role will handle budgets, forecasts, reports, and significant involvement in new product analysis, data analytics, strategic projects, and company-wide planning.

The candidate should be self-motivated, hands-on, and a proactive business partner capable of influencing across levels. Flexible WFH and in-office opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development or related fields.
• 5+ years of directly relatable work experience.
• Strong modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to influence across functions and present to executives.
• FinTech or subscription-based knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Deliver detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market insights.
• Analyze results vs. budget and drive actionable decision support.
• Support investor relations and corporate development activities.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation and close processes.
