Job summary

Green Street is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join its Finance team. This new role adds strategic and transactional FP&A capacity after growth and acquisitions, owning M&A diligence, debt modeling, long-range planning, and executive-facing materials.

The position partners with the CFO and reports to the VP, Controller, serving as a credible spokesperson for finance to the Board and potential investors. Strong executive presence and SaaS/tech experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive finance experience; M&A/transaction services or investment banking background preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus for strategy roles.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A financial due diligence and integration workstreams.
• Own debt modeling, covenant monitoring, and financing analysis.
• Develop and maintain long-range financial plans and board-ready materials.
• Prepare and present materials for lenders, investors, and the Board.
• Manage annual compensation planning and incentive modeling when needed.
• Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Tax, and Operations on strategic initiatives.
