Job summary

Greenlight is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to partner with product, engineering, marketing, and sales to drive budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports while guiding new product analysis and data analytics. This role will report to the Finance Team Lead and collaborate with executives across all departments.

We are looking for a true thought leader who is self-motivated, hands-on, and capable of growing into greater responsibility as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years directly relatable work experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish cross-functional relationships with business leaders to drive goals.
• Provide detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market insights.
• Analyze actual results vs budget/forecast and advise decisions.
• Support investor relations and corporate development activities.
• Own or contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Support month- and quarter-end close and audit processes.
