Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks an analytical FP&A Associate/VP to drive strategic planning, forecasting, and executive reporting. You will partner with multiple Finance functions and expose senior leadership to critical financial insights.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations across business lines, funds, and growth initiatives, leveraging Workday and AI capabilities for enhanced decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of FP&A or closely related experience.
• Experience in analytics, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Strong financial modeling and problem solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication for executive audiences, with data storytelling.
• Advanced Excel skills and handling large data sets.
• Experience managing or contributing to complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand business context and deliver accurate FP&A outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term financial models and scenario analyses for strategic planning and capital decisions.
• Analyze monthly results against budget and prior year, explaining key drivers.
• Evaluate profitability across lines, products, funds, and growth initiatives.
• Support design and enhancement of a new reporting/forecasting platform using Workday and AI.
• Use data to deliver timely insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare financial reporting packages for lenders, facilities, and rating agencies.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses related to capital structure and financing topics.
• Develop analyses and materials for due diligence and executive decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to reflect significant results in FP&A reports.
• Create executive-level presentations and talking points.
• Identify opportunities to improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Enhance FP&A workflows as business needs evolve.
• Maintain controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
