Zusammenfassung

Transamerica seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to provide accurate financial insight across the company, linking US GAAP performance with capital considerations and KPIs. The role drives modern finance platforms and collaborates with business-unit partners on planning, reporting, and decision support.

You will lead cross-functional FP&A activities, own SOX processes, and mentor team members while delivering scalable, executive-ready analytics and dashboards for informed

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
Eight years of management experience in accounting/finance preferred.
Advanced MS Office skills including Excel and finance systems.

Aufgaben

Build an inclusive FP&A environment with clear priorities and accountability.
Lead enterprise FP&A activities translating performance into insights for executives.
Partner with Finance, Technology, Actuarial, and business teams to source and organize data.
Develop scalable data structures for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Provide timely analysis of US GAAP results, capital considerations and KPIs.
