The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, Washington seeks a Director of Outlets to lead our restaurants, bars, lounges, and other F&B venues. You will drive profitability, set strategic direction, and ensure exceptional guest service in a historic luxury setting.

You will oversee operations, manage financial performance, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver memorable experiences for guests from around the world.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably hotel.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan.
• Ability to lead and direct a team.
• Time management skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.
