The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane invites a dynamic Director of Outlets to lead our diverse dining portfolio, including restaurants, bars and lounges. Responsibilities include translating financial and operational data into actionable plans, coaching a high‑performing team, and delivering consistent service in a world‑class setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Min. 4 years in food and beverage management.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into an operational plan.
• Ability to lead and direct a team.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of restaurants, bars, lounges and other F&B outlets.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through leadership and concepts.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
