The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA seeks an Event Planning Manager to coordinate all aspects of events, from planning to execution, ensuring unforgettable guest experiences. You will act as the liaison between customers and hotel sales, guiding event direction and supervision during execution.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in hotel sales, 1 year of F&B experience, and strong contract negotiation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience.
• 1 year of food & beverage experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills.
• Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of events from initial planning to execution.
• Serve as liaison between the customer and hotel sales to direct event execution.
• Be available during events to resolve issues and propose alternatives.
• Manage group room blocks, food & beverage, meeting space, and billing processes.
