Rush Enterprises Inc. seeks a Director of Sales for RushCare to lead the sales strategy for connected-fleet solutions, telematics, and software services. You will head a high-performing team, build strategic fleet relationships, and align initiatives with corporate goals to grow revenue and market share.

The role focuses on integrated solutions to improve fleet uptime, maintenance planning, and visibility. The candidate should have 7+ years in technology or fleet-services with leadership

Formación

7+ years in technology, fleet-services, or solution sales
5+ years leading and scaling sales teams
Experience with recurring-revenue solutions and telematics preferred

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute a comprehensive RushCare sales strategy
Lead growth across the RushCare portfolio and related services
Build strategic relationships with key clients and negotiate major agreements
Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to deliver integrated customer solutions
Develop pricing, forecasts, and pipeline reporting using market insights
