Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior Financial Reporting professional to own the consolidated statements of cash flows end to end. You will lead subsidiary and regulatory reporting, adopt new accounting standards, and drive AI‑assisted workflows to improve speed and accuracy.

You will collaborate across Tax, Legal, FP&A, and external auditors while shaping how financial reporting uses Claude and automation. A CPA and 12+ years in reporting are highly valued, with a strong GAAP and SEC background.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial reporting, SEC reporting, or public accounting.
• Experience building or running peer disclosure benchmarking programs (EDGAR/XBRL).
• Experience creating reusable Claude or AI-driven reporting workflows or automation.
• Experience with international statutory reporting or consolidation of SP entities.
• CPA or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated statement of cash flows end to end, including prep, schedules, and non‑cash disclosures.
• Lead subsidiary and other compliance reporting (entity-level, lender reporting, regulatory filings).
• Lead adoption of new accounting standards (impact assessment, data changes, disclosures).
• Lead stock-based compensation reporting and equity activity roll‑forwards.
• Prepare and review periodic SEC filings (10‑Q, 10‑K) and related disclosures.
• Build Claude-powered reporting workflows and document them for the team.
