Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a hands-on Financial Reporting professional to own the consolidated cash flow statement, schedules, and non-cash disclosures. You will partner with Controllership, Tax, Legal, and external auditors to ensure accurate, scalable reporting.

You will lead subsidiary and compliance reporting, adopt new accounting standards, and drive automation using Claude-enabled workflows, contributing to high-quality periodic disclosures and peer benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of cash flow statements and ASC 230 prep.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, Regulation S-X/S-K.
• Ability to explain complex accounting topics to partners.
• Experience using Claude or similar AI tools to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated cash flow statement end to end with schedules and disclosures.
• Lead subsidiary and compliance reporting, including lender/covenant reporting.
• Drive adoption of new accounting standards and data changes.
• Oversee stock-based compensation reporting and audit reviews.
• Support periodic SEC filings (Forms 10-Q/10-K) and disclosures.
