Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a seasoned Financial Reporting professional in Seattle to own the consolidated cash flows and related disclosures. You will partner with Controllership, Tax, FP&A, and external auditors to ensure accurate, scalable reporting.

You will lead regulatory reporting, implement new standards with data and systems changes, and advance Claude-powered workflows while maintaining rigorous controls and documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of a statement of cash flows and ASC 230 context.
• Experience with subsidiary and regulatory reporting.
• Experience using Claude or similar AI tools to build automations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements (Reg S-X, S-K).
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; able to explain complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated statement of cash flows end to end, with schedules and non-cash disclosures.
• Lead subsidiary and other compliance-related reporting and regulatory filings.
• Drive adoption of new accounting standards and related data/controls impact.
• Lead stock-based compensation reporting and disclosures.
• Prepare and review periodic SEC filings (Forms 10-Q/10-K).
• Perform peer-disclosure benchmarking and cross-company comparisons.
